Apparently he's just gone into a petrol station and told everyone to fill up their cars with petrol and then payed for it all.

This also goes for the times he's just randomly given out stuff to people, had a shitload of cash in his car, got stopped and asked by a copper why he had so much cash on him, and replied, 'because I can'.

Pays for 24 tramps to stay in a Hilton hotel. And also sets off fireworks in his rented house's bathroom.
