What order do you prefer to take the PT test in? I know most go with waist (required first), situps, pushups, the run . . but do you have a different order you prefer?
I took a practice test today doing the run before the strength portion and I was pleasantly surprised. I think I'll keep working on doing the strength portion while I'm tired to get used to it. |

Again, please read your response before posting it. I stated that you were in the military, which I know you were based off previous threads, and you responded "... I was in the Air Force". Is the Air Force not part of the military? When you enlisted did you think you were joining a secret underground club for smart people who did not want to go to Ivy League schools or the military? |

My preference is to work out every day, but not have Big Blue make me prove it! As long as I could do my job, why should the AF care? I think if the original weight management program was enforced the way it was supposed to be, we wouldn't have to have this program. |

Js: How much time did you take off your average run time by running first? |

For me, running is much easier before the other stuff. I was surprised at how much leg strength I used when doing situps. I prefer to run (legs are fresh), then do situps (so abs aren't tired from pushups) then pushups (minimum is so low, even on my worst day I couldn't get close to not reaching it).
