I got my first birdie today! It took me 15 rounds but it finally happened!

1st hole at Valleybrook CC, I hit my tee shot 191 into the light rough on the right then blasted my hybrid 189 and put it 2 feet from the cup and rolled in it for the birdie!

Congratulations. I still get them so rarely that each is an occasion to celebrate. But landing one 2 ft from 189 yds, well that is something extra special.
