Im headed to Nebraska City the second week of June and plan on playing Arbor Links course. Has anyone played it and what is it like? If you stay at the Lied Lodge you don't have to be accompanied by a member from what I understand. Price is $95 so it doesn't seem too bad for an Arnold Palmer designed course.

I live in Lincoln, but have never got up there to play. But have stayed at the Lodge a bunch and it's awesome. Very cool town and area. What brings you to the area? It's a lot of fun up there.

I'll be heading to Lincoln/David City the last week of June if any Nebraska THPers want to hit a couple courses that week. My wife's entire family lives in either David City or Lincoln/Davey and we get back there to visit a few times a year. I'm sure I'll have plenty of time to hit the course while we're there.

I went on line last year to check this all out, looks extremely nice. We get through there often, but generally headed towards KC and not wanting the extra stop. Hope you have a great time and post some pic's of the place.

My dad had a chance to play there...he thought it was fun!

Sounds like you had a good time, how did your son do riding around the whole round?

He did really good, he likes to ride in dads cart at home and this was a "new one". Plus he loves the little paper cups at the water coolers another distraction along the way , we also kept the iPhone handy. He also like to putt and since we were the only ones out there except for the grounds crew I let him tap a few in

Well I played last week and it was a great course. It wasnt as tough as I was expecting. I shot a 91 which for being the first time on the course and with my skill level I was very happy. If anyone is interested I will post pics later. Staff was really nice and they let my wife and son ride with me for no extra cost. Hes 2 and she doesnt play so wasnt hard to convince them.
