Woods and a few others apparently hit down on the driver when they swing. I have also been reading that if you are pulling the ball a lot hitting down is a better swing. It sounds odd to me. Tee up the ball so only 1/4 is over the top, put it back in your stance and come around at it like a 3 wood.

Anyone try it? Does it work?
