Returning to the course

It's been a long ten months through treatment and I did get out a few times last year but this weekend I will return to playing in ernest. I can't wait to get back out and see what is in store for me, played throughout the winter at a simulator. I don't expect much but it doesn't matter much to me how I hit em...just that I do in fact hit em. I'll probably use the senior tee's as I don't think I'll be gettng out there like I used to but hey I'm days from 56 so I guess I qualify. I'm just happy as I can be that in fact I'm getting another chance to play!

Not completely through that chapter quite yet, they have stopped my chemo through the chest port but I'm coming up on my first scan since stopping. I'm confident that it will be just fine as I feel pretty good but still a little nervous until the that first test comes back good. I plan on Living Strong for years to come.

I'm waiting for the word from the Doc's that I can travel I can't wait to get back down to my place. It's been far too long that's for sure.
