Default Scorecard Versus. Disability - Publishing Ratings
I know there are a lot of people here who are guidelines specialists and I need your help negotiate an argument from my round yesterday. I am aware when someone comes with an proven they can only just publish up to and including particular rating (such as for instance a 6 on a level 3 etc.) but does this come in to play when they're really rating the round? Is an individual who is a 15 disability permitted to stop playing on the level 3 once they reach 6 and make use of the thinking "that is all I will post?" It was my opinion that you perform the entire out and then allow the computer type it out when you publish your report. I appreciate al support with this and I'd appreciate knowing where I can discover the answer so I can teach my friend if I'm right.
