I find a good stretch can be had after you exersize because the muscles are warmed up. I'll see if I can find something on this on the web.

That's a great plan and probably gives you about the perfect amount of exercise. I believe that unless one really wants to be an athlete, or woman of iron, like Evrrdy, a moderate exercise regimen that is sustainable and fun is all that is required.

I was building up my exercise but gaining too much muscle back; so I've leveled off and I find that the activity more than the intensity is what works for me in the weight loss arena. You seem to have struck a balance that works for you. I hope we can all attain that level; except Evrrdy who is going to the Titanium attainment. haha

Good Luck!

I dont warm up except i walk a lap before i break into a run. Maybe i should do the pilates first but my main thing is motivation... Im afraid if i do the pilates first i wont be motivated enough to run after. I cannot seem to develop a liking for exercise even though after changing my eating habits and being active i still know that i like vegging out on the couch and eating cheetos better.

This is really easy for those who hate exercise. I run a quick mile(12 mins) and then pop the video in less than 40 mins ive done my exercise for the day and its relatively painless.
