Ah! I have the Timex GPS, which I absolutely love. I heard about the Garmin version recently on the running site, but don't know anyone who has used it yet. Hubby has a boat, so has used lots of Garmin gps products, and they're really great.

I love my gps (did I mention that ). I don't have to premeasure my routes. This was especially helpful when sidewalks were snow-covered and I had to change the route.

Let me know how you like it.

yeah, I really want it for the measurement aspect, since where I run will probably change weekly.

Default Just ordered a Forerunner 201
Time to start taking the excercize side of this alot more serious. I wanted to wait until I dropped some weight so I wouldn't tear up my ankles and knees. Plus, since I'm in a random part of the world every week, I wanted something to keep good distance and timming for me.

I had planned to start March 1st, but I've been waiting out this cold. Starting this weekend. Couch to 5k.
