She paid upfront for her the time they said it would take her to loose the weight she wanted to loose.

And LA Weightloss runs on the same system and it will cost 50 bucks a week for their bars...

WW is the cheapest one and it works for most people. Not all but most. And once you learn the system you can do it with a friend and they can hold you accountable instead of going to meetings if the money factor is the problem.

Also in the end it's a lifestyle change not dieting that works.
So true, but my diet isn't what's putting the pounds on, I actually eat very well...it's my going from a desk job to the couch in the evening and not exercising any more. A gym membership is the cheapest route for me and probably the best option. I just hate going in there and not knowing what to do.

Most gyms when you sign up will help you go through a routine that as you get more into increases more difficulty and amount of time you work out and such. Or that's how it works here.

Yes, this is how I lost over 40lbs. It does get expensive though because like someone mentioned, you still have to buy all your vegetables to supplement. To be honest and to be the same kind of plan you just need to eat 5 250-300 calorie meals a day. You can vary this based on after seeing how your body handles the less calorie intake, but never go below 1200 calories in a day. If you exercise on top of this, add another 300 calories because your body needs fuel or will start to eat your muscles.

Good luck! I want naked before and after photos to verify
I will do before and after pics. Im just gonna try it for a month.. kindof get into rhythm with it and see how I like it. Im not looking for it to spend too much money.. hopefully it wont be too bad.

The money isn't bad when its just you. The problem is that you still have to get groceries for everyone else in the house. So, plan on doubling your grocery bill (including NS).

My dad used it and dropped 60lbs and is in the best shape he's been in since the Air Force. As long as you stick with the meals and don't cheat with it, you'll see results. But like other have said, it's really expensive... which is a big reason why I haven't tried it before.

Now for the important question. Did you speak to your doctor before starting this??? The only reason I ask is b/c usually these pre-packaged meals have a lot of sodium in them...and w/ your heart problems that can't be good for you.

ooo.. i cant remember what its called but its some spicy rice and chicken dinner.. really gross. I just ate the chicken pieces out of it and chunked it. I was surprised that their chocolate things were so good for being fake chocolate. lol And everything else is really good which was surprising.
