So true, but my diet isn't what's putting the pounds on, I actually eat very well...it's my going from a desk job to the couch in the evening and not exercising any more. A gym membership is the cheapest route for me and probably the best option. I just hate going in there and not knowing what to do. |

Yes, this is how I lost over 40lbs. It does get expensive though because like someone mentioned, you still have to buy all your vegetables to supplement. To be honest and to be the same kind of plan you just need to eat 5 250-300 calorie meals a day. You can vary this based on after seeing how your body handles the less calorie intake, but never go below 1200 calories in a day. If you exercise on top of this, add another 300 calories because your body needs fuel or will start to eat your muscles. ![]() |
