Yup used to when I was younger and still do when I'm extremely stressed. I can always feel it when I wake up in the morning. Such a bad deal.
|
Same for me. I did it a lot as a kid...to the point where my parents could hear me grinding my teeth in the next room. Now I only do it when I'm stressed...which seems to be a lot.
Reds...the over the counter mouth guards don't always feel comfortable because they don't necessarily fit everyone's mouths properly...if you can get your dentist or orthodontist to fit you with one custom, it might be a bit more comfy. |
I have a retainer that looks like the invisalign braces- it helps me a lot. I may have to get a new one soon cause it's so worn down though
|
I gotta do something with it. I wake up in the morning feeling like I have lock jaw and lately spitting out bits of teeth.

I don't grind my teeth, but apparently I clench my jaws when I sleep. My dental hygienist says it's possibly the reason for my migraines. They've mentioned fitting me for a bite device, but I thought I'd try a regular mouthpiece first and see if it helps before I pay the $200 or more for the bite device (insurance won't cover it, either!!!). http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/frown.gif

I used to when I was little but stopped on my own. Dominic has started but I think that's because he's just getting used to the idea of having them.

I do at night when Im really stressed the dentist always tells he can see definite wear
