Besides no losses and maybe gains, does something terrible happen in your body if you "accidentally" drink a beer? Remember, no judgment! I'm not going to do that (again) that's for sure! I just wonder if I did a number on my liver or something like that.

Nothing terrible will happen...you may see a stall tomorrow or the next day...I saw the fruits of my cheat today (two days later) 2.8 pound gain...yikes...no judgment, just try to stay away from the beer...better to do a shot of hard alcohol...less carbs...ask me how I know..lol

DONT DO IT!!!!! you gain for a few days trust me, it might sound soo good at the time but in the am youll wake up sad.... BUT if you do cheat you can always lose the cheat ina few days with water and maybe cut out 1 fruit... ive had small cheats and it was soo nice at time, but not i jst try and tell myself... skinny taste so much better

Just think of it this day...why cheat and cause delay when you are invested in the protocol financially and time wise...delays are never good...bad productivity.

Oh...well...sometimes, when I am in the store, I see those Hostess donuts and have a fleeting thought to just pick them up and shove about 3 in my mouth...or a cupcake with a pile of frosting on top.

I've been looking at food porn online all day. Concentrating on sweet stuff, of course. I should stop, I know. I actually do have all the stuff to make the icing in the house right now because I love to bake. I'm just using sheer will power to avoid it!

Lol! Hah food porn! I work in a gift shop type atmosphere and today we got in a couple of amazing Hershey Chocolate cook books. Now, of course, if I were to bake such things they would look absolutely nothing like the pics, however I stood there with my staff and drooled at the yummy goodness. I knew that I was just making it painful for my self-but I continued. Today is a tough day for me. I feel mentally weak. However, my body does not feel weak. It wants to continue this. I just have to get my mind in sink. Good luck to all.

"food porn" thats hilarious. I do definltly consider myself a Food Porn Star, from watching the Food network- nothing better than dinners drive ins and dives, food catalogs, shit, just the commericals on tv, crazy food porn. I do definitly back off during P2 or i would make myself crazy with hunger.

Oh, I'm being good while I'm awake, but while I'm sleeping, it's been cheesecake, cheese, cheese and more cheese. I keep waking up thinking "Crap! Did I really cheat???" I'm torturing myself watching food porn. I guess I'm living vicariously through the chefs. Yesterday, Tyler Florence made a grilled cheese with fresh mozzerella and brownies. AHHHHHHHHHH...melted cheese. I didn't even crave that before the diet, but now I can't stop thinking about it for some reason.

...I know...last night I dreamed I ate a whole lot of something (I can't even remember what) but I woke up soooo relieved that it was just a dream and that it didn't really happen...crazy yes cheese is something I definitely craved my last round...I haven't had too many cravings this round which is amazing. But the other night before drifting off to sleep I was thinking about chocolate covered pretzels...um...I don't really even like them...I was like "what in the hell?!!"

Hey...my hubby and I think food porn gives us some kind of psychological pleasure...I craved cheese last 2 rounds...made me gain R2P3...now it's a whole roasted chicken which I plan to go get and have fresh for my first meal on P3...just the chicken, nothing else. BUAHAHAHAHA!
