Default I cannot eat today
Between a migraine and constipation (sorry, tmi) I just cannot eat. I am trying so hard just to drink water. How will this affect my diet?

I am feeling the same way not feeling like I can eat today. I feel really under the weather I've been drinking my water and some warm tea. I would think you may want to at the very least try getting some protein in, I will try that later and see how it goes.

Have you taken anything for the migraine? Used anything for the constipation? I take Motrin when I'm experiencing migraines and drink Laci la Beau Super Dieters Tea for constipation although it takes time to work or Magnesium if you are in more of a rush to get things moving again.

Oh and I've had a day of complete fasting during my first round because I was terribly sick and I didn't see any affects on my diet from it although I dropped 3 pounds.

You HAVE to eat. Drink protein shakes or something- but you need to eat something. Eat some foods to ease the constipation- not eating is only going to make that worse as well- and it's only going to make your migraine worse by not eating.

Not eating will only compound your problems and WILL NOT help you in any way.
