Default Do you include your loading weight in your weight loss total?
Just curious what other people do

I do. Some don't. I figure anything I lose on hcg, regardless of how or when it got there, is a loss to be celebrated! Good luck with your journey!

I'm pretty sure Dr Simeons says to use the first day of VLCD as the starting weight. So that would include your loading weight in your losses.

I just asked the same question yesterday in another thread. I'm counting the loading weight because to be honest everything I ate could have been eaten even if I wasn't trying to load! lol
