Default Adding extra protein and veggies
I am currently not eating the grissini or melba toast - can I therefore substitute these calories for extra protein and veggies?

Alternatively can I just add some protein at breakfast or is there a reason for not having breakfast?

ETA: I am asking this question as I am worried at coming in at the 420 calories mark without the grissini/ melba toast.

I did and was happy with that. Mainly added more meat to my lunch and dinner, staying within 500kcal... worked well, unless I got too creative. And I tried eggs with onions for breakfast twice, that didn't work all that well... I am happy to not do breakfast.

Now I am experimenting with skipping lunch as well... we shall see.
