Day 1 - Loading
 

I'm using a patch which I applied last night around 6pm. I think I read somewhere that it takes about 3 days for hcg to affect your body, but I've also read about people having trouble loading because of lack of appetite.

Let me tell you, I am having absolutely no trouble eating right now. I'm actually pretty surprised at myself for having such a bottomless pit of a stomach. I haven't felt "full" yet, and I feel like I've been eating nonstop since 6am. At what point/day should I start to feel a difference?

I dont know anything about patches, but i'd give it one week at most. I take sublingual RX, not hungry past the first few days.
