Default Alternative sweeteners for P2 that are NOT Stevia? Don't want Xylitol b/c I read it
is not good for p2 and do not want to risk it.

Problem is, I decided to do a lot of smoothies; one fruit and a bunch of greens twice per day so that I could avoid using salad dressing, but I am cutting out the fruit to help get rid of a very nasty yeast infection

I do not like my greens cooked and wilted so that means I will likely make salads with dressing for this round. Was not prepared to do that! lol

I have made Classic mustard with Stevia, but honestly, although I am using Stevia it is not my fav and I am just not enjoying any of the food except the meat .

So...I know about Waldon Farms and used to use it until I researched Splenda and found out how scary terrible it is for our bodies so now I am lost.

I do not like fruity flavored dressings either such as raspberry vinegrette.

Ok, now that brings up my other problem *sigh* lol.

I have acid-reflux and there are a few things that REALLY set it off. The two worst are:
Having an empty stomach
Vinegar products on greens. Strange, but not so bad on meats but if greens are in the picture I can easily end up...um...well, sorry for the graphic, but I will throw up it gets so bad.

Can not take anything for it as I am allergic to most remedies. What a pickle! LOL

Sorry for the long explanation, just hoping I can find an answer to the dilemma. I know about the HCG store but there is not much of a variety for salads in my situation.

So...any ideas of recomendations for me?

Is there a product out there that uses a sweetener that is p2 friendly for salad dressings?

Thank you!
Sherri

You can use sweet-n-low. Someone has the inches and pounds book on a link-- read it -- It helps a great deal!!
