Default Help!!! Chicken day for correction?!
Hey all. I cannot find anything on how to correctly do a chicken day! I have heard make a bunch of thighs only, eat a whole chicken, eat 1.5 lbs of chicken, breast only, etc. What is the correct way to do this? Steak days are way too hard in phase 4 for me. Please, and insight would be great. Really looking for something that works!

I believe that you roast a whole chicken, then eat it throughout the day, starting with the dark meat and continuing to the white meat. Eat the skin, too. You can make some of it into chicken salad with mayo if you like.

Thank you so much! Ok so no other food, like apples or salad? And can I season it however I want and cook with oil or butter?

Just realize that it may not work. Any other type of correction day than the on protocol steak day doesn't work for many people. You can have coffee with cream throughout the day to help with hunger on a steak day.

Good luck! Hope it works for you. Nothing works for me like a real steak day.
