Is there an alternative to CT???
 

I have read so much on here about the awesome benefits of doing cold therapy. I have RSD so it is completly out of the question for me, I'd either stroke out from the pain or have it spread to another limb (already have it in 2 limbs now).

I just wanted to know if there was an alternative with the same benefits?

No there's no alternative. You can follow a paleo diet though so you'd feel pretty good on that.
