Up a pound after first P3 meal.

I'm up a pound from my LDW after one meal. It was about 6-7 ounces of a 16 ounce ribeye that had wild mushrooms in butter on it. During the 48 hours after HCG (I was on drops) I ate strick P2 foods, but not a lot because of a bad shrimp experience. No fruits and little veggies

I was violently ill the last night of P2 on what I suspect was bad shrimp. Do you all think this might have messed things up? Keeping my fingers crossed it's just my body getting used to food again.

This morning I just had a two egg white omelet and some strawberries and full fat halfNhalf in my coffee. My system still seems a little disturbed.

It's normal to gain when you start P3. you have more food in your stomach.

If you are going to weigh yourself after every single meal you are going to drive yourself absolutely NUTS. Stick to the plan and you will be fine.

This was a morning weight, my first P# meal was a dinner. I weigh myself every morning Only.

Settling down to 138. Getting food down is hard, hopefully it will get better. I do miss the slightly lower numbers of a few days ago. Hopefully after I stabilize I can go ahead and cut back a little on the fats and pick up on the workouts and go back down a little. How long do you have to try to hold around the LDW?
