Eggbeaters
Eggbeaters only has 30cal/1/4 cup. Is it OK to have 1/2 cup every morning to get some protien and of course count it in the total calorie count for the day?

No, it is not OK. If you like, you can have 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg as your protein, very occasionally. Otherwise, it is most effective to stick to the approved food list. If you feel you would like some food in the morning, you can split your lunch in half and eat some for breakfast. Unfortunately, if you don't follow Pounds & Inches, you may have trouble losing weight, or even worse, stabilizing in phase 3.
