Second round
 

I'm starting my second round in May and curious how everyone did their second time around on hcg....losses the same? More? Less?

Some folks experience what I call the second round curse.....for whatever reason, it tends to be the most difficult round for many. The third round tends to be easier again. Alot depends on how much weight you have to lose.....the less you need to lose, the harder it gets....your body really wants to hold onto some abnormal fat....it's a survival instinct thing. Second round was actually easier- because I knew what to expect. I had a better idea of how I could do things to ensure I didn't cheat or 'fail' (Ie 2nd round I made all my food waay ahead of time and froze it)

Thanks for the feedback ladies I appreciate it. I've heard both. Second round is harder. But I also know what to expect this time. I want to lose around 15-20.
