I have been reading the articles on the Leptin Reset and those initials keep popping up and I can not figure out what they mean LOL

CT ? Do you know what it means?

Cold Thermogenesis.. and there's no way to put it in a nutshell.

It has to do with reducing the body temperature through icing or immersion and the benefits (of which I am not an expert so I can't go into detail)
