How many pounds gained on the first two days of loading?
I am very curious to know how many lbs all of you gained during the first two days of loading. I have gained 2.8 lbs after only the first day, ugh, ugh, ugh.

I started my second round yesterday with loading and this morning was up 5 lbs. I'm not too panicked as I think a big jump is common and should come off quickly judging from what I've read. I stabilized well in p3 and p4 but had lots of carbs yesterday so I blame that.

I lost .4, but I ate mostly fatty meat (brisket, chicken wings) and just a few carbs (coleslaw, couple of macaroons, fries with ranch). That's pretty typical for me -- I'm gluten intolerant so I don't eat much even when I "cheat".
Will try harder to stuff today! |
I gained 8 pounds in 2 days but then lost it in 2 days.

I lost half a pound but I didn't load with carbs or sugar, mostly fats and protein. I think the carbs make you gain a lot.

None. I don't go crazy on loads. I just eat what I think I'll miss. Hasn't affected me hunger wise the two times I've done this diet. Besides, cramming all sorts of crap into my body seems to be the opposite of what the goal of this diet is... you know get healthy.
Like Sem, it was mostly proteins. The only thing different was I ate a piece of chocolate cake, two pieces of pizza, 1/2 a large burger. Things that are treats, that I have to say goodbye to for a while. Oh, and I drank a whole bottle of Pinot by myself on the second day http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...s/rolleyes.png |
I gained 6 lbs on my first round and 10 in my second! Lost all of it in the first two days though (thank God!).
