I believe you should also add a detox or cleanse. I know the diet is cleansing but we have hit our bodies with so many toxins over a period and with the diet it's a fast cleanse that sometimes we should add more.
I do a foot bath and every time I do the next day I have big losses, so I completely believe yes you should. I use a detox patch. Happy New Year! |

Hiya everyone
In a Naturopath and I use enemas on a regular basis and even more with the protocol. I really feel that this is a cleanse as well as a diet and your poor old bowels need some help with shifting that store waste. I can usually lose between 1 - 2lb after an enema. So give it a go, you can only lose!!! Lynn x |

Hi I am on P2 I have a question about total body cleanse. I have a neighbor who did this and her skin broke out severely. She is 32 years old and has awful eruptions on her face that seem to be getting worse every time I see her. I'm thinking about doing a cleanse but I'm hesitant because of her experience. What do you all think?

I would do something that is more gentle. She is probably cleansing but not being able to eliminate the toxins so they are coming out through the skin. If you do a cleanse correctly and it's not to harsh you should be fine.
I also have done foot baths and actually used to do them twice a week for awhile. I really noticed a difference. Especially if I was feeling ill or feeling like I was fighting something I would feel better immediately after doing one. |
