Default Anyone with experience or advice about Protein Shakes during PHASE 3?
I'm thinking of using Sun Warrior Raw vegan protein powder during the later part of P3 due to a month long scheduled trip to China where menu selection is limited.

The protein shake is non-soy, vegetable-based protein, helps control insulin levels, etc

16 grams protein = 70 cal, 1g fat, 4g carbs, 0g sugar

Would any of the following ingredients be a problem for P3?? (if the brown rice is sprouted does it still count as a starch???)

All Natural Ingredients
Whole Brown Rice Protein
(Bio-Fermented Raw Sprouted Whole GrainBrown Rice Protein)
Vanilla
Pectin
Xanathan Gum
(Natural Bio-Fermented Stabilizer)
Stevia

I'm also planning on doing P3 with Leptin Reset meal timing so I hope to get a big protein breakfast in every morning..
