Newbie here, doing the drops, with over 100 pounds to loose, on day 10, down 13.2
![]() ![]() I have a cruise coming up this summer ... about 140 days until we set sail according to my countdown calendar. I want to make sure I'm in phase 4, at least, on the cruise. If my math is correct, I can basically do two forty-something day rounds and be there, or do 3 regular rounds. What do you "experts" feel is most beneficial? It's less about the loss at the time of the cruise (it's a trip to Alaska and long term results are what I'm aiming for) but anything other than phase four will be impossible. For the long run and the most success, what do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance! Mary |
