Hi everyone, I'm kind of new to the whole low carb thing so I have a few questions. I started out doing weight watchers simply filling which is basically low carb but they still encourage fruit and veggies and low fat dairy. I didn't see much progress with that so I dug out my old belly fat cure book, my question is...do I need to be following one or the other and which would be the best? On WW it seems to good being able to eat all the stuff you are allowed but on the BFC the only thing I didn't like was having to supplement with extra fiber and pills. Not sure what to do.
I'm sure I will have other questions as I go along, I'm glad I found this place. |
