hello!! so my round ends in about 2 1/2 weeks and i NEED to be down 18 more pounds [going into surgery in 4 weeks] i want to keep it a steady pound a day and recently my apple is making it very difficult. my other fruit is strawberries, and i tend to get a little hungry when i dont replace the apple. i was wondering should i cut my apple without sub-ing anything, replace it with more protein from my fish, or replace it with grapefruit to get the best results??? i would try to figure it out myself but not too much time for trial and error. thank you!!!
