I keep seeing people refer to Braggs Aminos in suggested recipes. What is it? Where can it be purchased?

It is kind of like a soy sauce TASTE found in the organic or nutrition section of stores.... here in idaho we have a fredmeyers and it is located along with the organic apple cider vineger and salad dressings and seasonings. (organic section is small) its has a pretty good taste to it.

Just be aware that it stalls out a lot of people.

I think it's the high sodium and the soy.
