I am on VLCD3. I weighed myself this morning & am down for a total of 4.5 lbs. Don't get me wrong I'm happy but expected more w/ only 500 calories & the HCG.
This is my 2nd round. On my 1st round at this time I was down 6.5. lbs.

I only ordered enough HCG for a short round but now Im worried that I might need to go 30 days. I'd like to lose 15-20 lbs. Of course closer to the 20. I have the 5000iu bottle of HCG which from what I am understanding I need to be concerned anyways that potency will start decreasing around day 20.
Ugh & pay for that high shipping all over again & hope it gets here in time.
Any thoughts? What would you do?
