Default hungery
I'm on day 9 and it has been a terrible struggle to not cheat. I did so last night and wished I hadn't but I'm so hungery. Does anyone have any suggestions. Eileen

A few things to look at...
Have you been really hungry the whole time of VLC? What kind of drops are you taking? (And how much.)
Are you getting enough water? Did you do a really good fat-load your first two days?

If you're REALLY REALLY needing to 'cheat', do so by having some extra protein or vegetables. That way it's not a detrimental cheat. Do NOT cheat with sugar & starches... that could set you back to the beginning & make it so you don't stablize.

I did well the first couple of days, then I started to get hungrey and finaly caved in and ate everything yesterday(day 9).
I thought I,d done a good load but maybe not. I'm using the drops and waiting for the patches that should be here any day now. I hope they work better than the drops. Eileen

Usually if you're hungry on the drops, you need to decrease your dose. Try a few less drops and see what gives.

where do you get the patches... OOOh I am very interested since the manufactures changed the catalyst for the pellets.

I had ordered drops and still waiting for them to get here but I might return them if I can find some patches. OOOh

The sucrose in the new pellets make me hungry...

Last year they were lactose, this year sucrose and my body just can't get used to that...
