I feel defeated pls hlp me
Hello, everyone. I feel so defeated. I lost 14pds Oct 1. Ive been stalling for week and it seems like Im gaining inches in my stomach. On top of that Ive been having cravings and I cheated. Then on top of that Ive been working unexpected 16hrs days at work and have not been eating my whole 500cal. The places that have food either have breaded fish/chicken or cheese on top. I try to grab a salad and pick out the things that I cant eat. Im so ready to cry because I still have the 'fight' in me to.cont but I dont know what do. Ive tried the apple day but im still at the same wt. I drank smooth tea because I havent had a bm in almost a week. I am guilty of not drinking enough.water because I always have to use the bathroom when one isnt avail. I want to do the diet for 40 days. So im trying to hang on. Also, I dont always have an appitite, so sometimes I forget to eat. But when I do I feel like im starving?? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the same issue I had a few days back! You need to eat everything! my work schedule has alessio been messed up and what I have found is easiest is to make 2 meals at a time for dinner but save one for lunch the next fast! Also the water will make a huge difference I kinda feel like I'm cheating myself not losing as much as I potentially could due to not drinking enough water I get about 2 it's liters a day but have never made it to a gallon. So do whatever you can to get all your food and water!

First, try to relax. Stress isn't going to help. I think you need to make a decision on whether it is possible for you to commit to getting back to P2 without cheating. Is it possible for you to cook/plan the appropriate meals at this time? If so, jump back in and move forward! If not, you should stop taking the HCG, move to P3 and stablize where you're at now, before you make matters worse. Then come back to the diet when your circumstances allow you to follow it precisely. Good luck and try not to get discouraged! |
Stalls happen to all of us. You've lost well and your body is just catching up. No worries. It's normal! Just hang in there and the losses will start again. An apple day is useless for most.

Do a protein shake day. 3 protein shakes. Make sure your protein is low carb - less than 5g a serving. Pure Protein at Target works well. Isopure. GNC whey isolate. And all you need to do is buy a tumbler and add water at your work. Very easy. It should break your stall and you'll lose 2 pounds.
If you need snacks in between buy any applesauce that is UNSWEETENED, ingredients should be just apples and salt. I like Motts and Musselman's. Small cups with plastic spoons make great purse-sized snacks for on the go. And completely HCG diet friendly. |
I apologize for the late response. Since ,my orginal post, I"ve lost 6pds. I'm now 171 (start date Oct 1...190~4pds gain during load). I apologize for being such a baby. I haven't been this excited about losing weight until now.
I've wrote down all your suggestions. I can't tell you how much I truly appreciate the kindness and the support on this forum. My shift for November is 3-11 so at least I can eat lunch prior to work and pack my lunch for dinner. I will buy the protein shakes, thank you Endocardia.
