Need information about menstral cycle and HCG usage?
 

Hi Everyone,
I am new to the program want to loose I am on day 2 of Phase 2. Love the diet, feel great. Very satisfied and feel good about eating healthy foods. I just have some answers that I need answered. I did not start my Stage 1 the day after my period. I didn't know that was part of it. Now I will be starting soon and need to know if I stop the drops and keep the plan or continue with the drops anyway. Would love to know answer. Thanks for any help. It is totally up to you as to if you quit for a few days during your TOM or not. Most of us (myself included) have always gone right through and continued without stopping the HCG during TOM with no problems. The loss my be lower during the first few days but it has always stayed steady or gone down in increments for me.
