So I am just curious, with only 5 pnds to lose, if i can successfully lose that on my own with out the hcg, the reason I ask this is because prior to steroid therapy I was able to lose weight after having both my babies but after my 2nd son and having to do a long course of therapy I was not able to lose no matter what I did until I did the HCG diet, which this diet has helped me lose 45 of 50 pnds I gained during therapy, there leaving only the 5 pnds to lose to get to my goal ... what would your advice be for those last 5 pnds...I am in phase 3 going into week 3 after this week then i hit ph4....but i have to admit I have not followed the rules of no carbs no sugar to the t, i have had like pizza but have stayed away from sweets, i have done 2 protein days which corrected me with no problem...so my question would be does our body go back to the norm of losing weight prior to doing something that caused a gain? will i have to do another round (which i do not want to do) or can i exercise or something else even to lose those 5 pnds and can i use a belly massage belt now?

Hi Deanna,
So I am just curious, with only 5 pnds to lose, if i can successfully lose that on my own with out the hcg That said, I'm not sure what effect your HRT would have on things - assuming your hormone levels are now balanced, logically it should be fine but it might be worth getting a better opinion. You may just have to try counting your calories, reducing things a bit, then monitoring your weight over the next few weeks. -Trevor |

If you could lose weight before HCG you can lose weight after HCG. Just keep in mind you may have to tweak whatever worked before because you are dieting at a much lower weight.
I didn't do P3. I switched to WW on a maintanence level and still lost 5lbs after P2. Stabilized perfectly with no issues at all. I wouldn't do a round for that little of weight until I had tried other methods. Good luck |
