Default IBS discomfort
I have been on HCG since 9/28/11. I am down 23 pounds, and 2 inches all over. I am starting to have some problems tho. I Have irritable bowel (IBS). I was told by Dr no uncooked veggies, spinach is as tolerated, I can try lettuce, but probably won't handle it well. For the last few days I have started having IBS symptoms and cramping. I want to stay on diet, as this is the FIRST diet I have been on with success. Can I swap broccoli and leafy veggies to green beans or other suggested veggies? I DO NOT want to give up. Please help me.

If the leafy veggies are giving you the problems have you tried the tomato or cucumber yet to see if that helps? Sorry you are feeling discomfort.
