Default Question Triad .... HELP ! : )
1. The plan that was relayed to me by my naturopath does not have a P4 component. It has a 42 day injection cycle that starts with two loading days, but I was directed to eat normally, and then every 7th day I have no injection all the way to the end where the last two days have no injections.
a) Is it odd to be told to eat normally? I read a bunch of comments about people being told to eat extra on their loading days.
b) Is 2 days without injections at the end strange? Most of what I'm reading has people having 3 days before moving into P3.
c) Would I be best to add my own version of P4?

2. I worry about some of the things I have read about people gaining very quickly after being on this diet. I am wondering if that is normative, or if there will be a point in my future where I can go splurge and accept the natural consequences, rather than being hit with amplified consequences. Are you veterans having your diet affected long after you're out of these phases? My regular diet is very healthy, but it's sprinkled with naughty days, and I need my naughty days...trust me.

3. I have surgery coming up, so I am considering another round (looking at my signature you can see that I'm aiming for a surgical weight, as opposed to a healthy weight) after I have had my consultation with the surgeon. Would there be any issues with being on a VLCD and suddenly being called in to go for surgery? My surgical date would be long after I had started that round, but there's a possibility, though unlikely, that cancellations might bump me up to the top of the list unexpectedly.

Thanks in advance, my spleen salutes you!
