I just started HCG Monday, and I've lost 11.6 lbs as of today. I'm excited, but assuming I won't continue to lose this fast. I'm sure this question has been asked a hundred times, but I can't find it. I'm just wondering what your starting weight was, how much weight you lost after each round, and how much you lost total?
