I wouldn't use it, any of those premixed seasonings will be extremely salty and have other fillers. It's best to use the actual herb for seasoning. Below is a list with a listing of recommended seasonings:

Actually both are fine, I happen to prefer Sea Salt. I'm giving you a link to the difference between Table Salt and Sea Salt, you can decide for yourself:
