I posted this in the newcomer form, but maybe it's better here
![]() Hello I've been reading these forums for a while. I had good results with hHcg my first round (20lb loss). I've done two more rounds since then and have bounced the same 5-6 pounds, no net loss at all. It's very frustrating since I still have 60 pounds to lose. I'm in good medical health, no issues. I do exercise daily alternating light weights, cardio and strength. I'm in my mid 40's, I guess I'm peri-menopausal because of my age bracket but everything is still "on schedule" lol. Now my questions: Has anyone switched from hHcg to hucog successfully? Is there anything, specifically, I should be aware of that is different? I am currently taking Natural Health Labs hHcg drops this round. Should I finish them off before switching to the hucog? Or should I just add a load day and start the hucog tomorrow? Or just transition to the new ones today with an evening dose? Sorry for all the questions and many thanks in advance! |

I did the switch as outlined in my siggy...I was told to continue the pellets i was on for 24 hours on the start of injections, so I did my pellets + my 1rst injection for one day and then continued on with my injections only after that...I have done fine with it...I am not certain if its the same with sub, but wanted to share any ways .. good luck I do better with the injections so that is why i switched but i think both method work well ..

Thank you for your response
![]() I was so excited the first round on hhcg, then to have 2 rounds of no loss was discouraging! I did fine on the Natural Health Labs r1, but switched to intermountain the 2nd and 3rd (pellets for convenience). Maybe a round of the real stuff followed back by intermountain drops will get me back into the losers zone. |
