Hi All! R3VLCD8 and I'm struggling with constant hunger, slow loss (down 4.2) & even a 2day stall (in the 1st wk?!) here's my info: I'm on liquid hucog, 5000iu mixed w/ 19cc bac water & I started at 150iu (60 on my insulin syringe). I skipped my dose Wed. to gauge my hunger which went completely away by the evening & i forgot to eat dinner! So, Thurs. I lowered my dose 5 lines (135iu?) & took the same dose today. I did lose .4 this a.m. But the nagging hunger which was unbearable last night is back. Please help...should I go up or down?!

I'm no pro... but it sounds like down. You weren't hungry when you skipped your dose and coasted on what was built up in your system right. Then next day you gave yourself a slightly lower dose and you're hungry again? I vote for down.
How much? I really don't know, but if it were me, I would lower my dosage. |
