VLCD2 and feeling EXTREMELY tired and sluggish???

I am so tired today, and I had 10 hours of sleep last night, is it normal? I feel like i can barely keep my eyes open or concentrate right now. I'm on VLCD2 right now. I took my B12 vitamins this morning. Any suggestions or ideas? I'm at work and cant even concentrate on my cases.
