Default plateau
Hi there, I am doing HCG 1234 drops and I have hit a major plateau! I just did an apple day today and am hoping for results tomorrow!! What have others done when you hit a big plateau? I have lost 40 pounds and I am in phase 2 of round 2. I still have about 90 to loose and I hope that this is not the end of my success!!

I have also heard that you do not need to stop taking the drops when they are homeopathic. Is HCG 1234 homeopathic? Even if it is, is it a good idea to remain on the diet? If we are to go off the diet, what is a good time limit on phase2? I am doing a 6 week go this time.

Thanks so much in advance for your help and advice!

How long have you been stalled? I just came off a 5 day stall. I just continued normally, a stall will resolve itself naturally if you just keep on truckin'!

I stalled 7 days and then lost 4 right at the end of mine. Apple day should kick it into gear but you may also be redistributing weight.

hi, I am using great lakes hcg pellets, there is a plateau option they gave in the instruction, I have never tried it. here it is

8:00 am 10 drops of HCG
11 am -- 1 large apple
1-1:30 pm 10 drops of HCG
4:30pm 10 drops of HCG
5:30-6 pm 6 oz steak and 1 tomato.

This is my first round, I am on P2 Day 6. good luck and if you ever try it, let me know how it goes.
