Mixing for Day 1 = Help!
 

Day 1 today - have waited so long to start. Purchased a 5000 IU vial for daily injections of 150 IU's. Added 11 ml of bacteriostatic water instead of 10! How many units/cc/ml should I inject every day for the 150 IU dosage? HELP

Add 9 more ml of bac water to your vial for a total of 20 ml. Then inject 0.60 for a 150iu dose.

I like the double dilution because it makes it easier to adjust the dose if you need to.
