Default Variations of HCG Diet to lose small amount of weight in 3rd round?
I have already done 2 rounds of HCG. I lost 38lbs total, and although Im pretty happy with that loss and I think Im looking really good, Im tempted to do a
3rd round to drop maybe like 8 to 10 more and do some re-shaping. I still have some cellulite on my rear end and legs (bad fat) I would like to rid of.
Im afraid though that if I do the HCG diet strictly as I did the other 2 rounds, that I'll drop more than I want to. Im afraid of this because I have already spent ALOT of money on new clothes since I thought I was done after 2 rounds. I went from a size 10/12 to a 6/8 in jeans!
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose just a small amount like I want to? Can I do a slight variation of the HCG diet like maybe have more cals/day or maybe do 3 meals a day instead of the 2 or have bigger portions of the proteins?
I was thinking that maybe my body will only lose what it wants to, even if I follow the protocol exactly.
Has anyone had this same issue/concern?
Any suggestions or successful ideas are welcome..

I lost 10 pounds doing correction days and my body did reshape going from a size 6 at the end of my round and now I'm a 2/3, just lost 10 pounds, the rest was from reshaping.

Here's my link with details, but I was also 60 ish days into P4. And I have had to buy new clothes twice and getting ready to buy again. One time at the end of P3, then middle of P4 and again this month at Day 104 of P4.
How I lost 10 pounds in P4 with all the details hope this help.

What did you end up eating between the steak day and the tuna day 4 days later?
High protien foods & low carb?
Im into my 7th week of Maint right now so it would be that time to start a whole other round if I decided to do that.

Plan to start another short round. The less you weigh, the less you would usually lose, so maybe a short round will bring you exactly where you want to be. IF you hit your goal, say, in 2 weeks, and have another week of the round, I've been told that you're not supposed to stop the drops or cut the round short (that would affect stabilization). Instead, you're supposed to add protein and veggies until you stop losing. Finish the round using the drops and eating the increased protein and veggies and then after the proper amount of time, enter phase 3. Good luck with whatever you decide to do!

That's a good idea.
I think Im going to try that, but I'll wait another couple weeks til end of summer. Still too much temptation out there with it being still summer to cheat..

you sure are able to do this right now. I ate P3 on the days off of the correction, no starch, no sugar. So glad I shared this with you. And even yesterday I did a correction day. I'm so blessed that I can just "shed" the weight over night. HCG has changed my life, I have planned "cheats' and just correct it the next day. Losing weight before hcg would have taken me weeks to lose 4 pounds. here's what i did yesterday. Shake Day works well in P4. Down 4.0 from yesterday... I lost 3.4 over night, it was so nice. I was at 137 for a few days from just eating junk and bam over night 3.4 pounds gone. Check out all the thread on the "10 pounds" I lost and this should help you. Any thing I can do to help please ask. I even typed some of my menus of the days I eat between correction days. And make sure you "food" journal, it's a must. You need to know what's going in and how much. I food journal from years of Weight Watchers. I know enjoy eating and basically eat Low carb, love to eat fat, it keeps me full focused and faithful to my diet.
