OMG!
I am SOooooooooooooo amazed! Yesterday was day 14 of Phase 2 in Round 1 for me. Total loss of 12.5 lbs I've been eating chicken for 14 days (I've never been a "fish" person, but the flounder I tried gagged me) so I decided to "celebrate" by having beef for dinner. (I know I have to change my mindset and not reward myself with food) I saved my protein from lunch - had both grains with my veggy - and had 6 oz of FILET MIGNON for a scrumptious dinner. (Because I was shopping without the list of appropriate cuts of meat so I compromised by reducing the total weight by one oz.) It was so incredibly yummy. I figured I'd have a 0lbs LOSS DAY today. This morning I was DOWN A WHOLE LB!! Yaaaaaaaaay!! Woo Hoo!!! |
