Hello, I am new on these forums.
I'm on my second round of hcg.
On my first round I lost 32 pounds in total.
I started my new round this weekend. So my first 500 calorie meal will be today.
Ok so I'm wondering if anyone has gotten inside the beach or pool during the diet? How did it affect you?

It's not a problem. Only a sunburn can make you hold some water.
