Is anyone doing a modified HCG protocol?

I am curious to see who is doing a modified hcg plan, what that plan entails, and what kind of success you had. My husband and I both did the injections and they worked, I lost about 20lb, but I noticed a crazy amount of hair loss. I heard the hair loss is less on the hcg drops and I plan on starting biotin and a prenatal with the drops, but I think it is more the stress of the 500 cal diet on the bosy that causes the hair loss. I think it will be difficult to follow the strict protocol because we have a one year old who needs to eat all food groups.

Anyone out there want to share their hcg plan?

You may want to look at Kevin Trudeau's plan, I have heard his is a little more relaxed with food choices, etc. I dont know for sure. I also see people on here that have supplemented with liquid diets. But really, there is no modified version :/
I dont find it difficult at all to follow protocol with kids. I would say do your first 2 500 cal days on a weekend when you can alternate with your husband feeding the baby so the temptation is limited, but after that you shouldnt feel hungry or snacky anyway. I have a 3 year old, 2 year old and an 8 month old. I see all kinds of foods in my house, including potty training treats and I havent cheated once on food. You can do it, but dont give yourself an excuse before you even start or you will be likely to give in.

You might ask over on the Rogue threads. People are doing all kinds of moderation there.

Trudeau is basic protocol. He's not rogue. And actually that's not true that there is less hair loss with hhcg. We actually see more because so many of the drops are bogus so people are on a starvation diet. If you take biotin, you should be good if you have potent hcg. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png
