Consecutive/multiple fff on P2?
 

Hi everyone,

I've had pretty good success with dealing with stalls by doing the fff (I've done both 3 7 oz. of 2% and 0% Fage). I'm kinda nervous about my second bout of TOM while on P2 so I'm wondering if I should deal with those days by doing fff back to back. Has anyone done them consecutively and continued to lose?

I've done two of them but two days apart.

You might ask on the rogue thread...I know several of those members swear by fff days.

I've done a few fat-free Fage days on p2...for some reason I couldn't stomach anything else. For about five days, I lost 6 pounds but this was also right after a cheat so it may not have been as much if I hadn't cheated first. Good luck!
